Booker House

The Booker house is an 1850 sq ft home with five bedrooms and a bonus room above the garage. The floors are hardwood and ceramic tile. The doors are three panel and solid core, custom built cherry cabinets in the kitchen and bath. Home also includes Jeld-Wen double hung windows. Roof is 5/8 plywood with 50 year asphalt shingles. Siding is James Hardi prepainted siding with 15 year warranty.

Weber Home

The Weber house is an 1500 sq ft home ranch home with five bedrooms with a master bath. The floors are hardwood and ceramic tile. Cement board siding with Pella windows. Maple cabinets in the kitchen.
